Approach

I integrate ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience into practical business applications and life transformations. I walk the Business and Spiritual path as one with training roots in the East and the West.

I take a holistic approach to change and work with your intellectual, emotional, physical, and nervous systems for rapid and lasting change. My approach is depth-based coaching and it is a trauma-informed approach that goes as close to the root of an issue as you are willing.

My range is wide. I can go from strategizing with you on your new org chart to facilitating interpersonal conflict within your team, to exploring the roots of your patterning from childhood, to leading a meditation. What my clients say about my range is that “You are gentle when I need, challenging when I need, and you’re never afraid to say the difficult thing for my freedom and growth.”

Principles

  • Love you just as you are, without trying to change you. You are not a “problem” to be fixed, instead we’ll explore together with curiosity and openness blockages and wants.

  • You know what's best for you. I trust your knowing. I ask you questions and respect your autonomy which strengthens your ability to self-investigate long after our sessions. I also actively give guidance and behavioral homework to integrate learnings. I hold you accountable to implementation.

  • Treat everything as an iteration. There is no wrong way to do it. This helps us experiment and lowers the feeling of fear and risk during transformation and change.

  • Embrace intensity. We lean into the intensity of every experience and moment, coming more alive, aware, and subtle through the work.

  • Joy and pleasure. Enjoy the journey the whole way through. Have fun.

About

“We see the world not as it is, but as a reflection of our heart.” ~Zen Monk Mudeng

“The core of business management is people-orientation and the core of people-orientation is the heart.” ~Kazuo Inamori, Founder of Kyocera

The core of my work is the integration of heart, body and mind, of business and consciousness, of being and doing, of East and West. The core of the core of my work is learning how to love.

I care deeply about supporting leaders that are integrating personal transformation into organizational and ecosystem transformation. Leaders who are asking how do we radiate cultures of generosity, love, and accountability to greater and greater circles despite a dominant culture of self-extraction? How do we demonstrate that humanness can make a business more successful? I express this care by coaching individual leaders and then their teams and families, helping the individual radiate their internal culture shift into larger and larger rings of influence and leadership. I do this through East West Bridge, my coaching firm. I also conduct research on expanding consciousness at a systems change level.

Prior to this, I was the COO and Chief of Staff of Xiaomi Southeast Asia where I experienced first-hand how building a community could create a multi-billion dollar company, a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, an Innovation and Economic Development Consultant at the World Bank, and the founder of an events company in NYC.

My unruly self somehow made it through business school and I hold a B.S. in Economics and Finance with a focus on Social Entrepreneurship from the Stern School of Business, New York University. I am also a Startingbloc Social Innovation Fellow and a UCLA Arts & Healing certified Music Medicine Facilitator.
